Note how the course splits in two after the first berm…at the end of that straightaway, there is a gap jump that actually goes OVER the berm for the shorter version of the track. Insane.

erhh… although i was distracted by your previous post..ah… looks like the photo for this post is not there
i know, i actually thought i deleted this post because I can’t get any of the photos OR graphics of the track to show up on this page. Strange…they must have some sort of embedded protection against usage or something…I even tried resaving them after processing in photoshop and that didn’t help.
ugh. oh well.
oh wait, it looks like I got it to work now….maybe wordpress was having some issues earlier when I originally posted

thanks! u probably know this, but i use the “command+shift+4″ to take pictures of stuff on the computer screen that i can’t download….
btw, i know it’s off-topic, but hows the drought?
with the graphics, it must have been a wordpress issue. i had grabbed them as screenshots and cropped the image out because they weren’t jpgs or gifs, they were part of a flash thing. wordpress does wonky things sometimes. one time all my sidebar tags and blgroll disappeared for like an entire day.
The drought is ridiculous. the lake that provides all drinking water to Atlanta, Lake Lanier, is the exit I live off of. It looks sooooo bad. Plus they keep letting water out of it via the dam because of some crazy law that says they have to push water downstream so that some endangered mussles in florida don’t die. it’s a mess.
The berm jump is for the Elite Men. The women will take the shorter route due to their lack of jumping skills.
