roadtrip post #2

Headed out wednesday morning. Got to Greenville SC in a few hours. Not much in the way of bike news on this stop, although we did stop through Sunshine Cycle Shop, which is where I realized that I left my helmet in Atlanta.
Thursday I drove to Baltimore the weather was ridiculously cold and rainy.

roadtrip post #1

Okay soooo, I am leaving tomorrow morning for points northward. I’m taking my fixed gear with me, so my bike related activities on the trip will be fixie based.
First stop, Greenville SC, which will be a non-bike riding stop for a single night. I imagine there is a road biking scene there, what with Hincapie [...]

Festival of Speed

Happy Birthday rideBikes!

Today the rideBikes blog is one year old!
Big ups to anyone who has viewed. Ultra big ups to anyone who has left a comment.

value

Wow, some people on the Atlanta craigslist VASTLY OVERESTIMATE THE VALUE OF THEIR BIKES. Right now there are at least 3 people who have bikes up there for several hundred dollars more than what any sane person would pay for them.
